Overall, Quincy Plaza is a fantastic place to live for families and single professionals. Recently however, there have been problems with the 20-something residents throwing loud parties, drinking & yelling in the hallways throughout the night, and excessive noice.
At these rent rates, management must take appropriate action to remove violators or change it's name from Quincy Plaza Apartments to Quincy Plaza Dormitory.

This is a great hi-rise. No matter where you go or what your background is-you can not discriminate against any person looking for housing. College students have a RIGHT to live any place. Mgmt. is very responsive to handling reports of noise from what I have heard.
