I moved here in February and this place has been absolutely fabulous! You won't find a better management company in the area... I lived in 2 Charles E. Smith apartments prior to moving here and it was nothing but headaches from corporate to management on down. The staff here is incredibly cordial and helpful and they seem to really care about the residents. The fitness room is a HUGE plus too!

management, please take your propaganda out of here and let only residents comment. it is unwise to intoxicate the review sites - all you will get is residents who get dissapointed after moving in and will give you a bad name. so, don't raise expectations, it will backfire!
