I just moved here in June and so far my experience has been wonderful. There was a slight problem I found after I moved in (the lock on my balcony door was broken), and after reporting it to the concierge the maintenance guy came within 15 minutes. He wasn't able to fix it (an outside window company was called in to do the work) and fixed it the next day. Since I wasn't home when the guy came, the concierge even called me to make sure it was okay for them to go into my apartment and fix it without me there - this was extremely courteous!

I love all of the amenities: gym, pool, washer/dryer in apartment, business center, brand new appliances in the apartment. It's also great that all utilities are included in the rent. While I was at first concerned about the rent amount, having all utilities and a free, assigned, underground parking space make it much more reasonable. If you take out the cost of utilities and parking, the rent rates are competitive with the other apartment buildings in the area. This building is also extremely secure and safe, and keycards are needed to get into every part of the building (through the front door, into the business center, gym, pool, into the building from the garage).

The concierge is very friendly, interested to help, and eager to please. The building manager is also very nice. She even called me personally and apologized for the inconvenience regarding getting the balcony lock fixed, explained further what the problem was, and assured me it would be fixed ASAP (which it was). The residents on my floor are very quiet and there is no excessive noise.

I had a great experience moving in and so far love it here. I highly recommend Quincy Plaza!!
