I've been at QP for close to one year. I would definitely recommend living there. Place is kept clean and whenever you need assistance from management, the response is quick and curteous.

Sometimes place can get noisy on weekends due to college-age crowd presence, but overall pretty quiet.

Very convenient to everything.
