My husband and I have lived in Quincy Plaza for just over a year, and we have no complaints. Like all places in this area, the rent is high, but the rent only went up 2% after our first year. Plus, after your first year, you are not obligated to sign another lease -- you are automatically on a month to month lease with no penalty whatsoever (very rare).

Maintenance, management, and security are all very friendly and helpful. Since the building is new, everything is in pristine condition.

We lived in a Charles E. Smith / Archstone property before this one, and had a horrible experience there. It's extremely refreshing to live in a Dittmar property (and no, I'm not at all affiliated with them!).
