Is a nice building and the staff almost always try to help. The utilities are included in your rent and the fitness center is ok, in general the common areas are good. Some of the inconvenient are that you can hear the doors when your neighbors close it and some times that could be annoying and the pool has an inconvenient schedules but in general terms if you are looking for something in the area this community is the best for the price, the apartments are a little small but nicer than the others in the area (Ballston, Clarendon & Courthouse) and the appliances are new, in general the neighbors are very friendly. I recommend this community.
