I lived here from june 2007-june 2008. Moved out because I was changing from living with a roommate to living by myself and couldn't afford a one bedroom here. Front desk for the most part was friendly. I only had a few maintenance problems that were fixed very soon after being reported. I never heard my neighbors while in my apartment but I could hear EVERYTHING through the doors from the hallway. The visitor parking situation was the worst. Street parking is always cramped in this area and the building was not helpful at all in offering visitor parking. Also, if you parked another vehicle (other than the one you've registered with them) in your own spot they were quick to give you a notice and I'm sure wouldn't have hesitated to tow. But overall, considering the location, a fair deal for the price. I would have stayed if I could have afforded a 1 bedroom. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
