For the price and location Randolph Towers is hard to beat. You get your own garage parking space plus a washer/dryer in each unit. The only complaint about the building is security. There is no restricted access and there were a couple of attacks/break-ins that I know of. The staff is great. It's three blocks to Ballston Metro.
