I've been here since April '05 and LOVE it here. Great staff and great location. Very little noise other than the construction going on next door. Not so noticeable since it's hot out and windows/balcony door are closed. The balcony has a great view and overall, I really like it here.
The apartment itself is huge for the price I'm paying. Modern appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc...
The ONLY gripe I have about this place is the elevators. They are TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. They take forever (I'm on the North side). One morning I waited for five minutes. Also, the doors have no sensors. You know how most elevators will bounce back open if they sense someone in the path of the doors' Not here. Try to squeeze in and you might lose a limb.
