I have been extremely pleased with the management. The rental office provided me with honest, accurate information. There were no surprize charges or unfair practices, unlike the previous place I lived...



I am very happy with the apt overall. The location is very conveninent to I-66, GW Parkway, 50, shopping, restaurants (Clarendon, etc. is nearby) etc. I have a very easy commute to work.



The building has assigned underground garage parking, which is well lit. There is an indoor pool, open year round. The apts have w/d, central air, balconies, etc. the 24 h front desk accepts packages while you are away. the building is a little bit older, which is why I think the rent is a little bit less. but, I feel very safe and comfortable here.



It is a drawback that they do not let you have any pets. Also, I HATE the interns that live there; they are extremely noisy, silly and inconsiderate.
