Price and Location...Not too Shabby

Older apartments, but price and location can not be beat. Not to mention, management makes huge efforts keeping the building so, so clean.

I would rather be in an older apartment building that is well maintained, then a newer one that lacks management concern, like where I use to live, across the street in a Charles E. Smith apartment (Ballston Place).
