Everything but the elevators

I moved in about 2 months ago and I like the units a lot. Overall, they are very nice and spacious with the largest balconies I've ever seen on an apartment. I wouldn't hype up the exercise facilities because they leave much to be desired, but the pool is a nice addition. My biggest complaint are the elevators. They are the absolute worst and I've had to wait between 5 and 7 minutes for an elevator to arrive. I live above the 15th floor, so walking is not an option. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed by the management, who seems to be oblivious to the situation. Otherwise, the apartments are nice and in close proximity to the metro, the mall, grocery stores, and anything else one could need.
