Just moved in three months ago and have heard my friends and their problems at the "newer" apartment buildings and having to pay absurb amounts of rent. It kills me to think that the perception of a new building will be better living.

This is why I highly recommend my building to anyone because not only is the price of my apartment $300-$400 less then the new buildings, I also have so much more space, especially in my walk-in closets that could be considered rooms at some of the newer buildings.

Don't get me wrong, an older building doesn't have that brand new look, but does have years of experience serving our needs and wants.

So, in short, despite the old tired exterior look, this property is a great place to live for the property manager and staff are above-average serving our needs and maintaining a very clean place, but more importantly consistent and reliable, something I have never understand the lack of at the other 6 buildings I have lived at in Arlington.
