I agree with all of the positive comments written here. Management is always helpful and courteous. Guest parking is free and not usually a problem. The building is a bit on the older side compared to the others but priced accordingly. The elevators are not great though but workable. Sometimes you can wait a while (up to 3 to 5 minutes) but that happens about once a week tops. It is not enough to really complain about but that one time you are in a rush..is the time you will get upset.

There is a lot of construction noise so if you work at night and sleep during the day, I would not recommend this apt. building. Even on the weekends, it can get noisy. I do not see the noise subsiding until construction is complete in the area..for another year.
