Moved in a few months ago and have already referred a friend (and I am getting a $200 commission). I have a one bedroom that is close to the size of two bedrooms I looked at, for less than $1500. The place is really clean, the desk is open 24/7, and the staff is pretty friendly. The chess guy seems a bit grumpy, but I figured out that he is just pretty direct and only likes to chat about Texas politics! Maintenance is the best. I complained about a noisy kitchen light and it was changed the same day. Can't say much good about the elevators, very slow and often skip my floor. The manager took my gripes well and explained what was going on.
