I've lived in my 2 bed apt for nearly 13 months now and each month brings more problems. Though the price is very fair for the size of these dwellings, between the staff and the constant "broken" elevators and repairs I'm very excited for the new buildings across the street!

There is zero security, the "gaurd" might as well be sleeping as a zoo could walk in the front un-noticed.

I've been stuck in 3 different elevators, my rent was misplaced, zero customer service.

Though I have friends who live in other Dittmar apts w/o problems. I will never live in another Dittmar building again.

Could not agree with you more! The front desk staff act as though they are always being interupted, one employee seems to have a constant game of chess, and god forbid if you interupt that. I hate this place and can't wait to get out!
