Elevators are Annoying

I have lived here for 3 years. I would strongly recommend NOT living here. The elevator situation is unacceptable. Nearly every day, 2 or 3 of the six elevators are not working. One day, there was one elevator working for the entire building. In such circumstances, you can wait 10 minutes (or more) for an elevator. The building management obviously does not care about the elevator problem and when complaints are raised, management says nothing. Other than the elevators, the building is okay - nothing great and is one of the older buildings in the area.
