Good Deal From: mlandernos78@yahoo.com Date posted: 1/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have lived here for over 3 years and have enjoyed the consistency with management and how well the building has been kepted. Price is great b/c it includes utilities and parking where the last place I lived charged a crazy amount for parking and I had to cover all utilities. After hearing my girlfriend's and my other friend's increases the last couple years at Ballston Place, I can honestly say this places increases are very moderate, 3% or less I think. But anyhow, I enjoy living here and really appreciate the huge renovation to the fitness center making it like a mini-Golds Gym. In all, it is a really good deal.
