Richmond Square is really nice. The apartments are great and spacious. Utilities are included which make it cost effective.

Sound does carry and a lot of parties happen in the building so if you are a light sleeper then it may not be for you. It is almost impossible to get a second parking spot AFTER signing the lease; if you want 2 spots make sure you get this before finalizing the deal.
Very few of the apartments get sun and if you are on the inside of the U then you cannot get directTV or dish (its not West facing).

Some of the staff is rude but I guess that happens when you have a large number of people working there. Wes (the maintenance head) is quick and really good at his work; Grace (building manager) is nice and helpful.
