Been living here for 6 months!

Pros

1. Rent is lower than most other places in Pentagon city, especially considering that utilities are included
2. Location is AWESOME!! Right across the street from Pentagon City Mall, walking distance to metro
3. Area is relatively safe, havent heard of any major incidents
4. Secured access into buildings
5. The front desk people have always been fine to me, maybe not overly friendly but definitely not rude, any maintenance issues Ive reported to them have been taken care of the same day

Cons

1. You have to pay extra for garage parking, and there is a waiting list for it
2. The front doors are always secured, but the docking area sometimes is left open
3. The people in my building arent too friendly
4. My apartment is newly renovated but the work seems really shoddy to me, sometimes the faucet leaks, and one time my medicine cabinet door fell off, and its clear that whoever put it together didnt do a thorough job (they did come and fix it quickly)
5. My kitchen is ridiculously small and most of the kitchens, no matter the size of the apartment seem to be smaller than others that Ive seen

All in all, it hasnt been too bad so far. I would considering renewing my lease but would consider having to deal with things falling apart, even if they are fixed.
