Good location. Not everything is as it
states in the lease rules.

The managmentment is very greedy, they
claimed "we need money, money, money!",
When something is wrong or need to
be fixed or replaced, they will ask you
to look at rules, but if you donot ask
for repair and bear with the poor condition
of the apartment, they donot care.

The management ruined all other beauties
of the complex, such as local and easy parking. They never consider residents as customers. Repairs are slow. No matter
how poor or old the appliances are, they
tried to fix it, not replace with new one.

Not recommended at all. It is on my
blacklist from now on.
