I liked my previous experience here about ten years ago, so I moved back in recently. And I wish I hadn't. The new office staff could not be more inept or uncaring. Their bosses are every bit as bad. It appears they do the minimum to keep their free apartments. There appear to be no minimum standards for service or maintenance. The maintenance staff is pleasant and attentive, but management apparently has never trained them to do repairs so that the place doesn't look worse than before. If they billed this place as low-brow and charged rent accordingly, I wouldn't mind. But they aren't offering what they advertise and sell. Stay away, at least until current senior management retires.
