The Riverhouse has 3 buildings??.The James, The Ashley and The Potomac.

I couldn??t be happier with this Awesome Place!!! I??m in a 2br/2ba in The James, directly across S.Joyce St from Pentagon Row (known as The Row with upscale apts, gym, restaurants, shops, etc), walking distance to everything (Pentagon City Mall, Metro, 24-hr Harris-Teeter, Parks), Very large and bright units and huge windows, pretty girl-like laundry room, large parking lot w/ an under ground garage available for extra $$$, 24-hr security patrol, 2-3 building ??get together??s?? every year, and if get a high floor (which by the way doesn't cost extra $$$), you can get a near-million dollar view of Wash, DC (Monuments, Capital, Potomac).

And I'm surprised to read other reports hating Management and/or Maintenance. Management I??ve seen is generally nice, and I'm in the military so I know a hard-arse and/or unfriendly people when I see them.
Maintenance does a fine job and is very well intend, as long as your understand patients and don??t expect them to fix a light at the snap of a finger. They even drilled holes in the ceiling for my pool table light??yes a 4x8 table can fit in a lvgrm as well!
And to top it all off??.free coffee and donuts every Monday morning in the Lobby before you go to work!

If your looking for upscale ??closet?? living with Moen faucets and crown molding, check out Pentagon Row . . . If you want a great location, great price, safe, secure with plenty of space and walking distance to anything...check this place out...you won't regret it!
