I have lived in the building for 2 years. I maybe moving out in few months and looking for a similar building in another area. Even though the building is older, and you can tell through some of the building structure, walls and doors, the large space and windows make for all that. The rent is very reasonable for the area, especially since you do not have to deal with utilities. I will the laundry was a built-in unit in each apartment or at least a room on each floor rather than all the way in basement. But then again, very small inconveniences, considering you live in one of the best areas with tons of restaurant, shops and metro at your door step. The front desk staff is GREAT and always very pleasant. The manager and the assistant are a bit stuffy but then I never deal with them (only about one time a year when I have to get a new parking pass). All my complaints go to the front desk and they take care of everything.

The gym is wonderful, a bit small though. However, I don't understand why flat screen TVs were mounted on the walls where no one can really see them from any of the workout machines ...hmmm.

If I could, I would live there forever.
