Pros: Big square footage for the price relative to the other apartment complexes in the area.
Cons: a) Bad Customer Service: The leasing offices, some custodians, and front desk people are unhelpful to the point where you are just angry every time you have a problem, because you know it's going to be an extra effort just to be heard. If you are standing outside of the door, the front door people will not let you in even if you are holding stuff, its freezing cold outside, and you feel awkward standing (as a guest or resident) there forever. You all know how it feels to pay so much money for something and get bad customer service, and when it is the community you live in, it's that much of a worse feeling. b) The G1 level has roaches. I seriously thought I was going to die when I saw them at night in the laundry room. Not cool.
In general, it just isn't that great of a community to live in, especially of you are used to recieving great customer service, like I did in past apartment complexes. It's a really old apartment complex, the kitchens are small, so are the bathrooms. It's pretty average I'd say, but we all gotta live somehow, and I prefer to pay a little extra for better treatment, amenities, and no roaches. Oh and the look of it is truly "uninspired and dull"
