This place is wonderful for the space and price. I have lived here four years and thinking it's my last year before the new greedy owners come in. It's sad that they are killing this wonderful place. Stay away after Charles E. Smith takes over. You have been WARNED!!!

What madmax73 says is absolutely true. In addition to the OUTRAGEOUS rent increases, flat-rate utility fees which bear no relation to your actual energy usage, a 'service fee' for the "privilige' of having to pay for utilities (they were always included in the rent before Charles E. Smith took over), increased parking fees (when it was always FREE to park outside and the indoor garages are NOT full) -- new tenants now have to pay a $550 "MOVE IN FEE." Whatever the hell THAT is!! You pay THEM to let you move in?!? This new management may as well send everyone a message that reads "Screw you and get the hell out" because that seems to sum up their attitude. I've lived here for a total of 9 years -- even moved BACK here after owning and selling a place -- and now, the first year of Charles E. Smith ownership, my monthly expenses are going up SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS PER MONTH. This is ROBBERY. MANY people I know don't have the means to shell out an extra $600 per month - they'd be on the street.
