Last week the Washington post had an ad by Kettler advertising studio apts in
River house for $999-1421!! What a range!
One bedrooms said 1299-1599
Now this week they are back to their 1300 and up ranging to 2900 for 3 bedrooms.
It seems that they cant make up their mind.
Has anyone heard what the utility charge is for a 560 sq ft studio...and does it vary from month to month or stay the same'
And who is the owner now of Riverhouse...Vornado...Kettler..who'

Charles E Smith's commercial real estate venture, called Vornado (as opposed to Charles E Smith's residential business that usually owns its apartment buildings) is the owner, while Kettler is the contracted management company to Vornado.

Utilities are supposed to vary from month to month, but stay within a range. There are not individual meters, so based on the electric bill, you will be billed per square foot. At least that was my understanding, however I am moving out before I sign another lease...
