I moved here in 2006 and enjoyed it. Back then the sq footage, view and ammenties were great. However, over time, the rent steadily rose and the quality of tenants did not. It's very noisy here and the new management is terrible. If you want to retain your sanity, don't move here. It's really noisy.

Sure, a lot of folks complain about the utilities and rent increase, but to be honest, it is a high rent area and they are now more in line with average rent/utility fees. The utilities are silly as I pay upwards of $125 a month and they way they break it up shows I am responsbible for using 30,000 gallons a month in water. Amazing since I'm gone half the month and live alone.

Costs are excessive and there was an interesting lawsuit against Kettler and this utility company years ago for suspect practices. They use all this water to fill the pools et al and we all pay for it. The windows leak so we face high electric bills...it's really pathetic.

Needless to say, unless you are on the very top floor, don't move here. The drunk college types screaming in the hallsways and thin floors will keep you from sleeping. As a matter of fact, I'm writing this review after 0100 because the noise has kept me up. I'm on week 12 of this with no resolution from management.

Oh yeah, you're looking at a 3-5K break lease fee if you want to move because you cannot sleep and are insane from the lack of it. They don't care, they just want your money. Sad, sad, sad. It never used to be like this. Parking is 80-110 a month.

This used to be a wonderful place to live but not any more. Avoid it at all costs.
