I'm not one to post on these sites normally, but I registered just to warn others about this apartment complex.

If you have any other options, I cannot stress enough not to live here. These are just a few reasons:
1. Management is terrible (and getting worse). To give you an example - they will be "inspecting" our apartments over the next few weeks.
2. The walls are paper thin, yet full of lead paint. I'm not sure why but I can hearing conversations from by neighbors.
3. Work orders - although they do come to fix things quickly, they do a "half-hearted" job. I've had to place 2, 3, 4 work orders for the same problem before.

It may cost a little more to live someplace else, but it is well worth it.
