Like other reviewers, I usually do not take the time to write an online review unless I feel I have been very well treated and want to give props to a company or feel it my duty to warn other potential customers of a big buyers beware. In this case, it is a big buyers beware. Over the last year living in Riverhouse, I feel the management has been deplorable. Rude, completely unsympathetic, and in some cases entirely unethical. Maintenance problems take several trips to fix a problem that should have been fixed in one, and gym equipment is slim to none and usually has a line of people waiting for a few machines (usually because at least one machine is out of order). I had a problem with mice and it took maintenance nearly two weeks to take care the issue (I came within inches of stepping on a dead mouse next to my bed one morning - and then I found another a few days later near the radiator - so GROSS!!!!)
I am so disappointed in the turn this building has taken. It is appalling and depressing. Customer service is actually customer punishment.
