The management at this apartment is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with. I have lived in five different apartments in three different cities, and have never had to deal with the problems I am having here. Starting with the fact that our electric bills (which are submetered, so never actually monitored) are well over two hundred dollars per month (when we were told they would average around 100), and the management simply will not look into these charges. Most recently, after having filled out an automatic withdrawal form for rent, management claims to have never received it, and charged about two hundred dollas in late fees for being one day late. The way this building is run is just an atrocity, with below adequate facilities (including the gym, which is just a joke for the price we pay to live here. Besides the convenience of the location, this apartment complex has very little to offer. I will be moving the minute my lease is up.

Be careful about utiities when you move. I lived in RH from 2005-2008 and moved out BEFORE they started imposing the charges for utilies. None the less, through a glitch in their record keeping, I had been receiving bills IN MY NAME months after I moved for the electric in the apartment I VACATED! After almost 6 months of calling, leaving numerous unanswered messages with the management, and even driving to RH to speak to them, they claim for the second time to have fixed it. I really hope this problem has been solved. You may be dealing with them longer than you think.
