I'm a new tenant, just moved in. I've been reading some of the reviews of the River House, and wanted to share my experience so far.

First, I'm glad I didn't find these reviews before I moved in, or I'd have probably not pulled the trigger on this place.

However, in my month here, I've had no problems at all. I love the location, that's the best part about this place. I got a concession on my apartment, so I feel I'm getting a good value. The staff has been friendly, nothing has broken in my apartment. No mice or rats up on 11 so far.

I agree with another reviewer. I say, come see for yourself. I never knew the old management, but I have no complaints about the new management.
