Short but sweet...

Location is primo, and everything you need is across the street.

I ended up having quite a mouse problem in my unit though. I also went through about 2 months of a leaky toilet. They also need some sort of water softener...Upon moving there my skin began itching and flaking...after moving it's back to normal.

The carpet is pretty shoddy, but the walls are thick...keeping out noise. Rooftop also offers a good view of DC.

Taking into account the rodent issue, I say no. But like I said...the price is right for everything available to you.
