When I moved back to this area I shopped around for apartments. River House was the nicest. It is a little bit older, but it has more space than the newer buildings. The walls are also thicker so you can't hear your neighbor breathe. The staff is friendly and I feel safe on the premises. I would recommend River House to anyone who is looking to live in Arlington.

This review was undoubtedly written by the building's staff. The only way you could find the building itself to be a nice place to live is if you previously lived in the projects.

I agree, it is a dump and all of the staff needs to be replaced, right up to the top.
