Great location. Great apartment. Minor drawbacks though

Location was unbeatable. I fell inlove with the convenience. I lived in a completely updated place - new kitch and bath. It cost a little more than the other places, but I loved my place. All utilities included in rent.
The neighborhood is very safe - loved living in a diverse place full of single people! Fun! Loved the pool. Clean. No bugs ever. No rodents.
2 major drawbacks - no guest parking unless you rent an extra spot your guests will be parking on the street, or taking the metro to come visit you. Also, the places are small. The avg 1 BR is 559 sq ft, but they're laid out well. I loved my place.
