don't be fooled

Don't be fooled with the amenities or anything else. Quality of living is quite bad.
I signed a year contract and as soon as I moved in, I noticed construction sounds during the weekends. I have complained to the administration and they told me that they are allow to work on Saturdays. (it seems like the Board just passed this new regulation)
Obviously Board Members are owners who don't live in the building so they don't care, if you can or can't sleep.
Can't get out of the contract without penalties and I am being awake every weekend around 7:30am. Not even to mention that my next door neighbor is quite loud. They told me to call the Police (by the way, Landlord told me that they have a security when I rented...''')
Security officers comes only once (besides, it takes them 30 minutes to come to see your complaint) and after the first warning, they tell you not to call them anymore, and to call the Police directly (well..., thanks for the help)
Once again, don't be fooled, is not a pleasant place it live. It's convenient, but very stressful. I am thinking to pay the penalties and get out of here as soon as I can.
