While this apartment is conveniently located, it has several drawbacks. The first is you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do or say and sadly, some are oblivious to the fact others can hear them; others just don't care (and neither does the management)
Despite what the last article says, the front desk people are very helpful and considerate ( I wish they could be the managers), is the Office Management that sucks...I mean...horrible and rude manager and staff.
I have talked to one of the Board Members and it's the same, they don't care "at all". All they care is about money and if you are threatening to leave, they have 100 applicants behind you wanting to get in (obviously they don't have a clue what are they getting into) so, you are nothing to them....believe me......nothing
If you have a problem with your apartment, don't even bother, Management is too busy to deal with it.
I have seen people smoking and sleeping in the stairwell...yes..."sleeping"..and up to today, no one has come to ask me who they were......as I said, they just don't care.
Seriously.....stay away...and don't be tricked by them....
Ask yourself, why there are so many bad reviews' he'
