Worst place I ever lived. I've been getting bitten by bed bugs (actually, they are in my couch and not in my bed). The exterminator only comes on Wednesdays and the idiot said I had no infestation. I just looked in my couch and found 4 bed bugs. I'm not expert, but it took me all of 10 seconds to find them. I have no faith in their ability to remove them and they don't seem to care either.

I haven't seen them yet, but the exterminator there is incompetent and even lied about being at my apatrment for treatment one day (unfortunately for him, I was home all day). Who knows if he did what he said he did the other times he was there for treatment.

Joe: You are lucky, I found a mouse in my kitchen and I have to get rid off by myself. Staff at this place are the most incompetent people that I ever seen, starting with the head, "the manager." If you check their meeting minutes at http://www.riverplaceeast.com/documents.htm you'll see what a messed up board we have. Not even to mention that this place, does not have a tenant board, so your opinion do not count at all...
