I am an owner and I also lived at River Place. I have 2 tenants in the East building. One of the tenants came by referral from another tenant. None of my tenants ever complained to me about bugs, rodents or managers. If I email the manager about a problem, I get an email right back with explanations and solutions.
If you are interested in RPE, don't act on my review and please don't take act on previous reviewer. Take a few minutes and judge for yourself.

please stop lying whoever you are. You must be one of the board members or the manager.
This building have an enormous amount of problems, and neither the manager or the board does anything about it.
The board only respond to their own interest, since most of them own several units, so whatever is beneficial for their units they act.
Manager, Mrs. Eva Braun, the most horrible person that you can find. Will treat you as a second class citizen, especially if you are other race than white.....
Believe me, go to the others River Place buildings, they are much better than this dump. Read the other comments, they are more real than this one.

Hey Anonymous, do you still live at River Place? If you refer to someone as Eva Braun, you might not get the Florence Nightingale treatment. I have had many interactions with the manager and she has always been nice and always been responsive. As for the bedbugs, I have been there for 2 years and I have never heard of a problem. If it gets mentioned in one board meeting, does that make it an infestation? Perhaps you should've sprayed your suitcase before you moved in.

Hey anonymous read the board meetings. They reference 13 units being infested. It's mentioned almost every month. I'd say that's a pretty bad infestation when most buildings have, you know, ZERO bed bug infestations.
