I'm sorry that some of the other posters have not had a good experience at RPE. My husband and I own an apartment and lived there for a year until work relocated us. When we moved in, there were bed bugs :(!!!! We did have an exterminator come twice and we have had no problems with them since. (I was really paranoid for a while though)But the reality is that they do exist even in beautiful clean hotels and apartment buildings. Other than that, we loved living here. We met some really great people and the location was great! Since we moved out, we have had two tenants that love living there.

You have to know who lived there previously. There are some clean people who take care about the apartment and also there are some folks who had never seen the clean room, so they live as they got used to... Just make a good cleanup, so you'll get rid of any "friends" in advance. The management is very responsive to this sort of problems.

I take great care of my place, but the bugs here are horrible. The staff here, bad is just the start. Plus today the police here again, last week too.
