I was really excited when i found a reasonably priced studio at the River Place East, especially since it came with all of its great amenities (concierge, security, fitness center) and is located in a great area.
I signed the lease and that same night when i was returning to my new apt with my bags, i noticed at least 7 roaches crawling around the kitchen counters! I notified my broker the next morning. He sent an exterminator but when i was back there that evening, the roaches were still around. it's clear that it is a problem in the building and regardless of how clean your apartment is kept, the roaches will still come! Luckily i was able to get out of my lease and i don't have to live with the disgusting roaches! Whatever you do, don't live at RP East!!

Same thing happened to me.
I keep a very clean place but the bugs here are out of control.
Plus..
the mangement here is horrible
