I've been living here for almost one year, now we're trying to move away from this place. The kitchen is too small and old. The stove is very old, the bathroom is outdated, rusty, and some things are broken. BUGS!!! You know I've found at least 5 kinds of bugs besides cockroaches. The building is infected with cockroaches. And even you can find cockroaches running along the corridors. The building is very old. Elevators are small. When we were moving in, we had to throw away the coach just because it didn't fit the elevator. Stairs are small too.
The location is perfect, that's why it's expensive, but it's rip off!!! It's not worth.
The personnel is good and friendly.
There is noise from Regon Airport! Be alert!

Oh, yes!!! you're so naive! They know it and knew it. They promised to replace the stove with a new one 8 months ago, and they've never done it. They promised to fix leak and never done it. They always promise and never do it!!! So "Holy Moly" is not appropriate.

Holy Moly Anonymous. Didn't you check out the kitchen, stove, bath before you moved in. Every unit in the building is individually owned. You need to find an owner that takes a little more pride in their place and I'm sure you experience would've been much better.
