My husband recently leased a studio apartment, and out of five apartments we looked at from DuPont Circle to Arlington, this was by far the nicest, most upgraded unit we saw in the comparable price range. The location and amenities are perfect, all utilities, cable, internet and maid service, garage parking for one price. I will write another review after a few months.
