Whenever I see a Realtor with potential buyers in the elevator I always want to warn the buyer do not purchase here. One of these days I won't bite my tongue.

I am a renter here but will be leaving soon enough.

Front Desk staff is also useless here. Very rude and nasty. Wouldn't give my husband a package of mine because we have different last names even though he produced ID with our address. Management is nonexistant. The little convenience store here also sells expired foodstuff at sky-high prices-I've gotten food poisoning as a result. Parking fees are ridiculous. Did anyone say pests--plenty here. The only good thing is the view and location.
