This place is old, and it shows. Unless your apartment has been remodeled, and even then, don't expect too much.

The location is incredible, being so close to the metro and other amenities, such as restaurants, bank, CVS, etc. Some apartments have monument views.

The floorplans are very boxy and reflect its 50's design. The ventilation is pretty bad, so if you have allergies, this is not the place for you.

Expect rodents and bugs in your kitchen. The management provides free extermination, but they usually just put in small traps that don't kill anything.

While the management has been updating common places, such as new carpet in hallways and new elevator decor, little kids have been vandalizing the place pretty quickly.

The parking spots are very narrow, so be careful that your car does not get dings.

There are a few problems with families overcrowding into one bedroom apartments, and there are a lot of kids.

Overall, this place works well if you are a student. Otherwise, look for something else.
