I lived here in a one BR for several years and I loved the location. Lots of young people. It was easy to make friends, and I loved living on the Wilson Blvd corridor - easy to get to Clarendon, Georgetown and all the night life. Older buildings, but a good way to afford a fabulous location. All other places in this neighborhood cost 1.5 times as much.
