It doesn't matter if you are clean, they'll keep coming.
It would be better if you have a car because there's no supermarket in this area, the only one is Safeway that is two blocks from here and it has rotten food becasue of the overprised products.
Last year,false fire alarms were activated all the time, 1 am, 3 am, 8 pm... But now looks like they fix it.
The only good thing here is the location, Iwo Shima Park, Georgetown and it's very close to DC.
