Mind your security deposit!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived there for two years with no problems, but when it came to getting my security deposit back after moving out, it was hell.
Actually I had to take River Place South Cooperative to court in order to recover my money.
If your landlord is River Place South Cooperative, regardless in which building you live, make all comunication in writing and keep proof of delivery, otherwise theyd try to steal your security deposit.
