Great location, average building

The good thing about River Place North is that it is located close to metro, Georgetown, CVS, Iwo Jima. It has a good swimming pool and a fitness center.
The building itself is a little old (but fine), AC is not enough when outside is over 90 degrees (which is not fine). I haven't seen any pest problems here, management is good and responsive.
