This was one of the worst places I have ever lived. Problems:

-Heat in the winter is unbearable. Easily 88 degrees in the apartment. With the windows open it was slightly better.

-The walls are paper thin. We were subjected to our neighbor's bass in our living room and our other neighbors Christian talk radio in our bed room. It sounded like his radio was in our room; it cam through loud and clear.

-No parking onsite for visitors. Since the south building is set pretty far back, your buddies are going to have to walk a long ways if they drive to visit you.

-The gym burned down in 2003. Is it open yet'

-Loud screaming children.

I did think that the front desk staff was very friendly. That, and the proximity to DC are the only plusses.
